Parents shopping for a tutor contact more than one center in the same sitting. The MIT/InsideSales lead-response study found a lead called within five minutes is 21 times more likely to qualify than one called at thirty, and HBR's follow-up put within-the-hour contact at nearly seven times more likely than an hour later. Google demoed agentic booking at I/O 2026: parents are getting AI agents that shop on their behalf, and an agent does not wait thirty minutes for anyone.
